The Constitution and Canons
of the Episcopal Diocese of Eastern Oregon

First adopted in October 1992 and last amended at the 2018 Diocesan Convention, the canons specify the governance and procedures of the diocese. The constitution comprises the Articles of Incorporation of the diocese as a non-profit corporation. The entire document containing both Constitution and Canons is 33 pages long.
